Sony's Andrew House and Mark Cerny will co-present a keynote talk on the past and future of PlayStation consoles and games during this year's Develop 2014 conference, Develop announced.
The keynote, which is being called "20 years of PlayStation, 40 years of Console Games and 100 Years to Come," looks at the history of PlayStation and the ways in which the original console helped push games into the mainstream.
"It is hard to believe it has been 20 years since the arrival of the first PlayStation," said Sony Computer Entertainment president House in a prepared statement. "Mark Cerny and I will look back over this fantastic period in which console gaming became mainstream, how our experiences shaped PlayStation 4 and where the industry will go from here."
Develop 2014 takes place in Brighton from July 8-10. PS4 lead system architect Mark Cerny will also be present at the Develop Awards 2014 on July 9 at the Brighton Hilton Metropole hotel where he will receive the Development Legend award.
