Well, that was fast. Teased in December and last month with no release date, the first of six episodes for Sons of Anarchy: The Prospect went up on the iTunes App store Thursday. It's $1.99.
Releases for Windows PC, Mac OS, and Android mobile devices are expected later.
Sons of Anarchy, the motorcycle gang soap opera on FX, ended a seven-year run in December with a finale that tied off nearly every loose end in one hour. Though with so many major characters dying off over that span, it doesn't seem like there could be that many loose ends left.
Sons of Anarchy: The Prospect deals with a previously unknown chapter of the motorcycle club, introducing all new characters. (Sorry, no scenes of Jax handing his children to other people.) The game features a cel-shaded art style, and is played from a first-person perspective.
