Neverwinter MMO will be available for free on Xbox One starting March 31
Perfect World Entertainment, in partnership with City of Heroes and Star Trek Online developer Cryptic Studios, is bringing its massively multiplayer online role-playing game Neverwinter to Xbox One on March 31, the company announced today.
Neverwinter will feature content from the base game, along with all curently playable classes like the Scourge warlock and the Tyranny of Dragons expansion. The Xbox One version will also make use of a friends list integration and optimized controls in order to help with the transition from Windows PC to console.
Neverwinter is set in the world of Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons and Dragons franchise, where players will create a character and explore the Forgotten Realms. Neverwinter is Cryptic and Perfect World's first free-to-play title to launch on both PC and consoles.
