Hori, maker of fine fighting sticks and other game controller accessories, plans to release an updated version of its PlayStation 3 mouse and keyboard controller for the PlayStation 4 this fall, according to Amazon.
Like the PS3 Tactical Assault Commander 3, the Tactical Assault Commander 4 delivers a wired mouse controller and a specially designed keyboard-like gamepad.
The pad features 18 buttons — including a PlayStation button, dedicated "walk", "share", "options", and "quick" buttons — and switches for multiple profiles. Four of the buttons are marked to be used as the W,A,S,and D on a keyboard. There's also an array of lights that denote the programming of the pad.
The mouse connects to the pad with a USB plug.
What isn't included is anything that would make this a usable controller on a couch, like a lapboard.
The TAC 3 doesn't have a lot of sales on Amazon (67) but it does have a slightly above average rating (3.5). Though Kotaku's Luke Plunkett wasn't a huge fan.
No word if the controller will be coming to the U.S. but it hits the UK on Oct. 9 for £86.35 or about $135. Just in time for Black Ops 3's November release.
