It's time to get it right!
Cadence Time Services Version 3.10 will solve your time problems. Designed for your Novell NetWare and Microsoft NT Servers and Workstations, Cadence will set and keep the correct time.
Cadence Time Services can get the correct time from three types of sources. You may choose just one source or many. The dial-up source uses a modem to call out to government operated atomic clocks. The NTP source uses Internet protocols to poll the time over the Internet from national time standards. Any clock that can be accessed over a serial line may be used as a time source.
System requirements
The file is approximately 2.5 MB. You may download one file from our home page or install the program with our two diskettes once you place your order. Cadence Time Services must be installed on your NetWare reference server, a Windows 95 or 98 Workstation, or a Windows NT Server. The Configuration System and any Cadence Time Servers must have IP installed and configured.
Cadence Time Services keeps the time
You control any dial-up and radio clock scheduling from the workstation. The NTP scheduling is automatic. Cadence calculates the amount of drift in your server clock. It constantly monitors the clock, making small time adjustments when the clock starts to drift. This keeps the time correct and accurate.
The automatic installation, activity log, and statistics display tells you what Cadence Time Services is doing. Find out more about the time sources available.
