How do I get one of those sweet titles?(!)

It started by noticing titles for Polyon and Vox employees when they commented, and I thought that was a neat feature. But now I've been noticing them for non-Polygon folks in the games press and game development.

I write for a gaming site, we write reviews, record podcasts, make videos, and such. We're not Polygon-popular or anything, but it would be pretty cool to score a sweet title! So how do I make that happen? Haven't seen it in the account options, though perhaps I'm just an idiot and can't find it. Someone help me!
