I recently finished Pirate Cinema (Cory Doctorow), which was included in the recent Humble eBook Bundle. It's a commentary on piracy and censorship which I imagine will resonate with a lot of people who have a strong interest in films, games, literature and art in general. It has a very British flavour as it takes place primarily in London, a feature which is played up a lot in the way the characters talk. It's a little corny at times, but all in all, it was enjoyable enough.
I'm now onto Catch 22 (Joseph Heller), which according to my Kindle I've gone through almost a quarter of already. So far? I'd describe it as weird, crazy and funny. It's also quite satisfying to discover where the phrase "catch twenty-two" originated from.
