Will Next-Gen consoles hit shelves in 2013?
It's pretty well known that the new set of consoles will be announced next year, even if there is nothing but rumors to go on.
If/when they're announced at E3 2013, will we see them hit the shelves later that year or take a year sabbatical like Nintendo did with the Wii U? With the VGA Awards only announcing two new IP's and next years forecast pretty much set, surely Microsoft and Sony will look towards a November launch like their previous consoles?
