Landing High Japan- Anywhere East of the Mississippi?

One of my mates has been wanting to play Landing High Japan ever since it was deleted from a certain Times Square arcade in 2001. In fact, he said he'd drive as far as Indiana just to play the game (whether or not that's true, it might make for a good road trip).

Does anyone know where to find this flight sim. in (best case scenario) the NYC metro area, (less good) somewhere between Boston and DC or (worst case) at Tokyo Narita Airport, Terminal 1?
