"We’ve had a cracking year of soundtracks, as the relevant 30 Days of Gaming has proven, so I think we should honour this wonderful aspect of the industry.

I think the limiter would be simply that no licensed soundtracks could be picked (Think Tony Hawks games), just titles with original scores (Think Skyrim). Good examples from this year would be Double Dragon Neon, Hotline Miami, and Darksiders 2.

So in this thread you're invited to nominate the Best Original Soundtrack of 2012. As long as the title saw a regional release between Jan 1st, and Dec 31st 2012 then anything is fair game.
