Nominees may be teams that pushed out a considerable amount of visionary gusto behind their games released over the course of the year. Nominees may be decided based on their own special accomplishments, rather than chosen with pre-established rules."

A Best Development Team, or 'Best Studio' category is the best we can do to praise those who graciously dedicate long periods of their own time to entertain and intrigue us with their brilliancy. They deserve an award that not only praises their game, but also themselves.

So in this thread you're invited to nominate your Best Development Team of 2012. As long as the team released a title in any region between Jan 1st, and Dec 31st 2012 then it's fair game.

Just drop your development team of choice, along with the game they developed which warrants praise from 2012 in the comments below before 23:59PST on December 31st, and we'll add them to a poll which will start on Jan 1st, which will run for one whole week.
