Luigi's Time to Shine in 2013

With the Valentine's Day Nintendo Direct focusing heavily on the younger Mario brother, what are your thoughts one this direction? I have personally love all the attention Luigi is getting. I've always been a fan of him, even when he was a carbon copy of Mario meant to do nothing more than be a different character for player 2. I've always picked him when given the choice and loved the original Luigi's Mansion (more than Super Mario Sunshine).
