Zone of the Enders 2 HD frame rate issues -- do you think Konami's going to respond to this similar to Silent Hill HD?

Not sure if you've guys heard, but Zone of the Enders 2 HD's frame rate has been reported to be running at 30 FPS for the most part, unlike its PS2 counterpart which -- if I recall correctly, that is -- generally ran 60 frames-per-sec.

It's a downgrade, definitely, especially if you're a huge fan of the original sequel. So I'm wondering: Do you possibly believe Konami's going to "comment" on this, similarly to what happened with the Silent Hill HD collection? Granted, it's not as buggy and almost-unplayable as the latter -- even though I personally don't own a copy, yet -- but the situation feels like it's on the same page. Fact is a lot of people have been cancelling their pre-orders already (both limited and regular editions if I may add) ever since the word got out.
