Really Horrible

Passing this on so you know what to be ready for if you have to call Sony of America customer support.

I found out they recently outsourced and their treatment of customers has grown to an unbelievably unacceptable level.
Spread the word. Maybe if enough people get angry, it will change.

I'm not a troll. And I love my PS4, but I am really mad and have never been treated so poorly.
This was THEIR mistake.

Still no response from Sony after this...
