Anyone seen Wii U Game Download Codes in stores yet?

I've been looking around both in store and online and I'm not seeing any retailers selling it. Granted, I'm in Canada so there could be some market differences here but I haven't seen any on the sites of US companies either.

I'm looking at putting only download codes on my Christmas wishlist that people are asking me to make so that I can take advantage of the digital download promotion from the Deluxe console but it doesn't make any sense to do so if the cards can't be found anywhere.
