How would this rig cope with these games?

Hey Polynesian's, I would like some help/advice from you PC enthusiasts who can have a look at my choice of rig and tell me if it's any good for what I want to use it for. Anyways this is the PC:

4.2GHz AMD FX-4170 4-Core CPU

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB Graphics Card

500GB Sata III Hard Drive 8GB

Transcend 1333MHz RAM

CIT Blue Vantage Gaming Case Xigmatek

500W PSU

24x DVD-RW Optical Drive

I should say, I'm not looking to max out Skyrim or see every grain of detail in Battlefield 3. I will be using it for the lighter side of gaming. FTL, Hotline Miami, FM 13, The Walking Dead etc etc.

How will this right fare against such games? And if I was to invest in a Skyrim experience, how would it cope?
