Kalypso has released a new trailer for its upcoming vampire stealth action title Dark showing off players' abilities.
Whereas other vampire lore imbues vampires with the power to turn into a bat, hypnotize prey, or perhaps sparkle in the sunlight, Dark vampires seem to have some control over shadows. This trailer shows off the vampires' ability to sense the location of enemies, teleport short distances, distract foes with sound, and instantly kill enemies with a leaping attack.
Dark is scheduled to hit Windows PC and Xbox 360 later this year.
A new trailer for vampiric stealth game Dark offers a look at the shadowy, stealth-heavy world of an anti-corporate vampire.
Taking on the role of a vamp out to unravel the mysteries of an insidious corporation, the player will make use of the shadows to take down enemies while exploring what developer RealmForge describes as a futuristic "techno universe."
The upcoming stealth-action title is due out on PC and Xbox 360 in early 2013.
The latest trailer for Dark, the upcoming stealth-action title from Realmforge Studios and Kalypso Media, shows off protagonist Eric Bane's set of clandestine skills and vampiric combat prowess.
Showcased are a set of enemy encounters which Bane is free to work through using whatever method the player sees fit. Stealth is a viable option, as the world is full of fittingly dark corners for Bane to hole up in. There's also some blood-powered abilities for the player to exercise as well, if they're hoping to exercise a more direct route.
Dark launches on Xbox 360 and Windows PCs sometime during Q2 2013 โ a period assumedly running from April 1 through June 30, according to the trailer.
