Guild Wars 2's April 2014 feature pack will add a new wardrobe system to help players better customize their character, game designer Matt Wuerffel said during a recent video. According to Wuerffel, the team looked at the game's weapons and armor and realized it was difficult for players to fully tailor their character to the look they wanted. As a result, the feature will add a Wardrobe tab that "collects every armor and weapon skin you unlock in the game on any character on your account." Players can then assign skins to different armor and weapons. The game's dyes are also now account-bound, meaning every dye collected is available for use on all the player's characters. Guild Wars 2 players will soon be able to access a new player-versus-player battleground, the airborne Skyhammer, according to a post from ArenaNet's David Campbell on the game's official website. On Skyhammer, groups of players will battle for control of three specific capture points and special weapons within a secret lab. The terrain also hosts a massive destructive weapon, a lightning-firing asura cannon, and players who control it will have the advantage over their enemies. Other tide-turning elements include jump pads — which will help players get over higher ledges and walls and have previously only been used in the Super Adventure Box area — and shattering floor panels, which activate a timed explosion once walked on. According to environment artist Darrin Claypool, the...

The festivities will be held in the Lion's Arch area and will include new mini-games, special festival-only rewards and a handful of new events. Players will also be introduced to the mysterious investigator Marjory Delaqua. New minigames for the Dragon Bash include reflex-testing game Dragon Ball, Moa Racing at Farshore Ward and the chance to smash up some effigies and piñatas styled after the fearsome dragons. These effigies have been hidden all over the area and can be unearthed by performing a ritual dance that will cause them to light up. Finding them will grant players a temporary boost, while...
