Natural Doctrine, Lollipop Chainsaw publisher Kadokawa Games' first title from the company's internal studio, is being delayed until March 19, 2014 in Japan, the developer announced on its official website. Originally, the fantasy strategy role-playing game was to launch in Japan on Feb. 22, 2014 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. Information about a western release is yet to be announced. Kadokawa Game Studio recently released a trailer for Natural Doctrine, teasing a little more about the game's antagonists and protagonists through a series of renders and a battle against a dragon. A trailer for Natural Doctrine, Lollipop Chainsaw publisher Kadokawa Games' first title from the company's internal studio, introduces the game's characters and teases a few monster battles. Natural Doctrine is set in fortified castle town of Feste and its surroundings, where humans are locked in a resource war with the goblins, trolls, lizardmen and humanoids. The story centres on three human soldiers: Jeff, Vasilisa and Anca — who are introduced in the video above. Lollipop Chainsaw publisher Kadokawa Games revealed its first in-development title from the company's internal studio, a fantasy RPG called Natural Doctrine. While little information about the game is available in its teaser video, the trailer says players will "assault through the world by natural selection." The upcoming title is in development for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, and will feature both single-player and multiplayer modes, along with cross-play compatibility.

Lollipop Chainsaw is being re-released in a special Valentine's Day edition in Japan on Feb. 14, 2013. The special edition will come with a copy of the game, a "perfect unlock code", a Valentine edition double DVD pack and a limited edition sleeve. The first DVD included with the pack contains a desktop clock, wallpapers and a library of Lollipop Chainsaw trailers. The second DVD includes in-game movies and a Valentine's Day comic. The Lollipop Chainsaw Valentine's Day edition will be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for 4,980 yen ($60). Japanese industry magazine Famitsu has released a video showing the bonus items that come with the Valentine's Day edition. A U.S. release has not been announced.
