A quick look at the highlights among the games coming out in Japan this coming week, courtesy the review pages of Famitsu magazine: Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm (10/10/10/9, 39 out of 40 points): The CyberConnect2-developed Naruto: Ultimate Ninja fighting games always score massive points in Famitsu's reviews, and this latest one — which actually came out in the US and Europe a few weeks before the Japan debut — is no exception. The latest trailer for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, the upcoming anime-styled fighting game from CyberConnect2, offers glimpse at the game's story mode and many characters. The game is a spin-off of the anime series of the same name and focuses on the Fourth Great Ninja War. Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 will include the series' largest roster yet with more than 80 playable characters, challenge stages and multiplayer modes. Check out the trailer above to see versus matches, story teasers and more. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is slated for release March 5 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A demo will be released in Japan Feb. 19, with European and North American dates shortly after.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 getting worldwide console demos

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, CyberConnect2's upcoming anime-styled fighting game, will arrive as a demo Feb. 19 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in Europe and Australia and at an undetermined date in North America, according to a pair of tweets on the publisher's official U.K. Twitter account and a confirmation from a Namco Bandai representative. The publisher announced in early January that CyberConnect2's supersaturated fighting game, which includes over 80 combatants culled from the Naruto Shippuden anime series, is set for a March 5 release in North America. A demo is also headed to Japan on Feb. 19, according to a post on the game's official Facebook page. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 gets March 5 release and new trailer

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, CyberConnect2's anime-inspired fighting game, is set for a March 5 release in the Americas, according to a press release from publisher Namco Bandai. The fighting game includes over 80 playable characters, one-versus-many challenge stages and multiplayer modes. The campaign centers on the Naruto Shippuden anime series' Fourth Great Ninja War storyline, and the first run of retail discs for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game will include a trading card and a code to download a Dragon Ball Z costume. You can check out a trailer above that was released today alongside the announcement. Naruto Powerful Shippuden, which is based on a spin-off of the anime series, is headed to Nintendo 3DS in March.
