Hi-Rez Studios' fast-paced, free-to-play shooter Tribes: Ascend is available to download and play online on PC today.

The title, which revives the blisteringly fast jetpack-and-skiing action of the long dormant Tribes franchise, gives players access to a number of classes, maps and social features with their complimentary download. Additional loadouts can either be purchased or unlocked, while Hi-Rez hopes to drive the game's economy with purchasable cosmetic items for your character.
