GameStop hosting 'Diablo 3' launch parties across the globe

GameStop will host midnight launch events and official launch parties for Diablo 3 in store locations across the globe on the evening of Monday, May 14th.

The retailer will not only open the doors of many of its stores to let shoppers pick up the almost certainly life-consuming RPG, it will host launch parties in Berlin, London, Moscow, Paris, Stockholm, Warsaw, Taipei, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul and Irvine, California. Attendees will compete to win prizes (including limited edition Intel PCs) and rub elbows with development team members. If you're looking to learn where the Secret Cow Level is before booting the game up, this might be the closest you can get to someone in the know.
