Max Payne Mobile, Rockstar's smartphone port of the original Max Payne, will arrive on the iOS App Store April 12th, and on Android April 26th, the developer revealed today.

The title, which includes all the shootdodging action of the 2001 release, also features renovated graphics and Social Club functionality. Players will be able to customize the touch controls as they see fit — we'd suggest deleting all the buttons other than "shootdodge," and then make that button take up the entire screen.

No price or supported Android devices for the game have been announced, though it seems likely that it will follow the model of the mobile port for Grand Theft Auto 3.
