We landed on Polygon pretty early, but concern that we may not be able to secure such a desirable and powerful moniker led us to develop a few ... let's call them contingencies.
During our PAX East panel, we made the strategically unsound decision to reveal a few of the clunkers that we actually submitted to one another. These masterpieces were invented during brainstorming sessions that we promised each other would stay secret forever. We'd never be so cruel as to reveal who came up with what, but those people know what they did, and should feel the appropriate amount of shame.
