Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time coming to PS Vita, release date reveal 'soon'

Sly Cooper: Thieves in time will be available on PS3 and PS Vita

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is coming to PS Vita despite initial plans for a PlayStation 3-only release, it was revealed today on the official PlayStation blog.

"A lot of people have been asking me about the PlayStation Vita, they feel that Sly would be a great game to take on the go," wrote Glen Egan, president of Sanzaru Games. "And I completely agree! SO that being said I can now announce that Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be available soon on BOTH the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita!"

The portable version of the game will contain the same content as on PlayStation 3 in addition to Vita-specific features that make use of the platform's front and rear touch screens and motion controls. Users will also be able to save the game to the cloud and pick up where they left off on either platform.

Further information regarding a release date and price will be made available "very soon."
