PulzAR will be added to the PS Vita's collection of downloadable augmented reality games next month, PlayStation Blog announced today.
PulzAR tasks players with activating several switches with a single laser, which they must redirect using "reflectors, splitters, and filters," each of which are bound to the Vita's AR Play cards. You'll have to build complex webs of lasers by placing cards in the path of the beams, then rotating them until they connect with your target node. Each puzzle represents a laser targeting system for a missile set to destroy an incoming asteroid — complete it in time, and you get to watch your missile sail into the sky to fulfill its purpose. Run out of time, and then, well, Deep Impact happens.
