Using Native Client technology, the Google Chrome version of the game allows players to experience From Dust within their browser in high definition.
Moving the console-based game into a web browser is a part of Ubisoft's strategy to attract new players by offering games on different platforms instead of limiting them to one or the other.
The game can be purchased through the Google Chrome web store.
