The Gamestop Expo will take over San Antonio's Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 29th. Unlike Gamestop's company-wide conference (which invites store managers to get familiar with the games they're about to sell), the Expo will be open to PowerUp Rewards members.
An invitation promises that attendees will get to play games from Activision, EA, Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony months before they're released. Tickets to the event are $35 for general admission, or $100 for a VIP pass which nets you private demos of some games, as well as some exclusive swag. Of course, both are purchasable with your PowerUp Rewards points, which we'd wager you've never spent on anything else.
