The real-money auction house will allow players to purchase and sell in-game items using their region's currency. Most items purchased will be available immediately, although at the moment only armor and weapons are available through the RMAH.
Players can access the real-money auction house by clicking on the ‘Auction House' button on the left-hand side of the campaign screen and then on the button showing the region's currency.
For more information on accessing the real-money auction house, visit Battle.net.
