New Expendables 2 video game confirmed by ratings board listing.

Ensemble action film The Expendables 2 will be available in video game format, according to a listing on the Australian Classification Board.

The listing appeared last night, confirming Ubisoft as publisher of the MA15+ title as well as the inclusion of online gameplay. The film tie-in is likely to release near to the film's mid-August launch.

This follows a report by Nowgamer earlier in the year which claimed Ubisoft was working on the title.

The Expendables 2 is an upcoming 1980s action homage written by and starring Sylvester Stallone, with a cast that includes Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
