Two new Virtual Console games coming every week to 3DS in July

Two new Virtual Console titles will be added to the Nintendo 3DS eShop every week in July, Nintendo announced today during its Nintendo Direct presentation.

Two new Virtual Console titles will be added to the Nintendo 3DS eShop every week in July, Nintendo announced today during its Nintendo Direct presentation.

Every week, starting July 5th and running through August 1st, two classic Nintendo titles will be added to the 3DS's digital sales platform as part of the "8-Bit Summer" promotion. The full list of games was revealed in a trailer launched after the presentation's conclusion, which is embedded below.

The trailer lists the following titles for release:

• The Legend of Zelda — July 5th
• Kirby's Pinball Land — July 12th
• The Sword of Hope 2 — July 12th
• Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters — July 19th
• Tumblepop — July 19th
• Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 — July 26th
• Sonic Blast — No date specified
• Sonic Labyrinth — No date specified

In addition, Nintendo is briefly reducing the price of Super Mario Land on the eShop platform to $2.99 from June 22nd through June 24th.
