LittleBigPlanet PS Vita taps BioShock bad guys for pre-order incentives.

If Polygon's E3 Editor's Choice award hadn't already convinced you to snap up the PlayStation Vita version of LittleBigPlanet, perhaps some adorable pre-order bonus costumes will.

Developer Tarsier Studios announced today that it will be offering pre-order bonus costumes based on BioShock's Big Daddy and Little Sister, both an appeal to your BioShock fandom and a reminder that a BioShock game is coming to the Vita ... someday.

If you prefer something a bit more medieval, there's another option: the Knights of Old bonus costume pack. Dress your Sackperson as a knight, damsel in distress, black knight, or a fearsome dragon. Tarsier says the details of this offer will vary depending on where you live and where you pre-order.

Both costume sets are also compatible with LittleBigPlanet 2, Tarsier points out.

LittleBigPlanet PS Vita doesn't have a firm date yet, but will be out sometime in 2012.
