Actors Tom Green and Daniel Cudmore (X-Men, Twilight) will play the lead roles in the upcoming live-action Halo web series, Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.

Actors Tom Green and Daniel Cudmore (X-Men, Twilight) will play the lead roles in the upcoming live-action Halo web series, Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.

Green, an Australian actor who is relatively unknown in the US, will play the lead role while Cudmore will co-star as Master Chief. The film will also star actors who have appeared in Footloose, Supernatural, and The Chronicles of Narnia.

The webseries will be aired October 5 exclusively on three channels: Machinima.com, the Halo 4 official website, and its official YouTube channel.

The five episodes will eventually be put together to create a film which will be given away free with limited editions of Halo 4. The film will also be available to rent or buy on DVD, Blu-ray and in digital stores.
