'Diablo 3' real-money auction house users can now trade gold

Gold is now available as a tradeable commodity in the "Diablo 3" real-money auction house in North America.

Gold is now available as a tradeable commodity in Diablo 3's real-money auction house in North America, according to a post today on Battle.net.

The auction house went live on June 13 and has since added dyes, gems, crafting materials, and other goods to its stores. Players can purchase, sell, and trade in game-items using their regional currency.
