Universal Studios is bringing Silent Hill to life in its upcoming Halloween Horror Nights event this fall.

Universal's Halloween Horror Nights has been running for 20 years at Universal's Florida and Hollywood studios and aims to create Halloween experiences such as haunted mazes, ghost trains, and themed-nightmarish 'rides' that draw inspiration from films. This will be the first year a video game is getting the Halloween Horror Nights treatment.

"As a designer of Halloween Horror Nights we're thrilled with with partnership because we have the world of Silent Hill to bring to life," said John Murdy of Universal Studios Hollywood.

"Fog World, Other World, Pyramid Head, the nurses, all of the incredible characters and environments that the fans of Silent Hill love, whether it's the video game or the movie have grown to love, we're bringing them to life at Universal Halloweed Horror Nights."

More information can be found on the event's Facebook page.
