Sony Computer Entertainment's adorable Tokyo Jungle will receive the manga treatment, with publisher Champion Red announcing that a Tokyo Jungle manga is coming soon.

The Champion Red blog offered a first glimpse of the manga today, showing one of the animal characters from the game sketched in a manga style. The manga's Japanese name translates to Tokyo Jungle: Little Lion Heart.

The first issue of the manga will be in Champion Red's September issue, which will be available in Japan July 19.
