Double Dragon Neon, a reboot of the classic beat-em-up franchise, will be available this September, according to the game's official Twitter account.
The game from publisher Majesco Entertainment and developer WayForward Technologies is scheduled for release on September 11th for PlayStation Network for $9.99 and September 12th on Xbox Live Arcade for 800 Microsoft Points. According to a press release, the story will follow "Billy and Jimmy and their bro-tastic adventure to take on Skullmageddeon and save their girlfriend Marion."
We played an early build of Double Dragon Neon at PAX East, and found a lot of nostalgia but frustratingly slow gameplay. We'll find out how quickly the brothers can save their girlfriend later this year.
