GDC Online Awards nominees revealed
The nominees for the third annual Game Developers Choice Online Awards were announced today.
The nominees for the third annual Game Developers Choice Online Awards were announced today.
Nominees in 12 categories ranging from Best Online Game Design to Best Community Relations were selected and voted on by the development community. Members of the public will be able to vote soon in the Audience Award category at the GDC Online Awards website.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, BioWare's MMORPG, lead the way with six nominations. Several other games, including Glitch, Realm of the Mad God, DragonVale, Tera, Indiana Jones Adventure World, Empires and Allies, CastleVille, The Sims Social, Draw Something, League of Legends, World of WarCraft, and Diablo 3 earned two nominations each.
Awards will be given at the GDC Online Awards ceremony, which will take place October 10th at the Austin Convention Center.
