Following its E3 reveal, Sony announced two new content partnerships for its augmented reality Wonderbook platform during a Gamescom press conference today. Both Disney and BBC will be partnering with Sony to bring their brands to the Wonderbook experience. While there were no specific titles announced from Disney, the BBC is working with Sony to bring its educational series "Walking With Dinosaurs" to the Wonderbook.

In the game, the Wonderbook is a globe which lets the child pick his dig site. And then it's a fossil, which is being mined from the dig site. The PlayStation Eye camera then scans the fossil, bringing a real (read: virtual) dinosaur to life. Then the child is feeding a triceratops with fronds, which are actually the PS Move.
