'Until Dawn' brings PlayStation Move-controlled horror to PS3
Sony announced Until Dawn for PlayStation Move and PS3.
Sony announced a new horror game for the PlayStation 3 at Gamescom today, the PlayStation Move-controlled Until Dawn from Supermassive Games.
Until Dawn gives players control of seven different characters in a horror-thriller set in a secluded cabin. Using the PlayStation Move controller, players will wield guns, knives, and flashlights as they are hunted by a masked murderer. With the Move motion controller, players can also act out "subtle movements" to get closer to the game's other characters. In the game's debut trailer, some characters were shown in various states of undress, a surefire way to get murdered by a crazed maniac according to slasher film law.
Developer Supermassive Games has plenty of PlayStation Move experience, thanks to its previous PS3 efforts Tumble, Start the Party and LittleBigPlanet 2's Move-specific levels.
