The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 season of content wraps up this fall on the Xbox 360 with two final content collections that include new spec ops missions and a mode, face off maps and multiplayer maps.
The Chaos Pack hits the Xbox 360 on Aug. 9 and includes a new Special Ops Chaos Mode, three new Face Off maps and four new Special Ops missions. The Final Assault collection hits on Sept. 6 and includes five new multiplayer maps.
The two packs, which will sell for 1,200 Microsoft Points, or $14.99, bring the total content released this season to 29. The DLC included in the collections will be made available to Premium Elite members at an earlier date.
The Chaos Pack's Special Ops Missions are Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light ‘Em Up and Special Delivery. The Face Off maps are Vortex, U-Turn and Intersection. Chaos mode has players trying to outlast waves of enemies, while chaining kills on maps littered in power-ups to achieve the highest possible score on multiplayer maps Resistance, Village, Underground and Dome.
The Final Assault collection comes with multiplayer maps Gulch, Boardwalk, Offshore, Decommission and Parish.
Gulch sends combatants into a forgotten mining town with mine shafts and equipment sheds for cover. Boardwalk takes place on the Jersey Shore beach. Offshore takes place on an oil rig and Decommission among a maze of rotting ocean liners. Parish is a map in a war-torn French Quarter.
Neither collection has a release date set for the PC or PS3.
