Angry Birds Friends, the Facebook incarnation of the wildly popular bird-flinging game, has a new Green Day-themed episode, developer Rovio announced today.

The Green Day episode features 10 new levels and three punk pigs inspired by Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool, Green Day's three members. The porcine trio serenades players in the lobby with "Oh Love," the band's latest single, and an exclusive song called "Troublemaker." Rovio also teased new content in an update scheduled for "later this fall."

"We're all fans of Angry Birds," said Green Day's Armstrong. "It's such an addictive game that when we first started playing it we couldn't stop. Go Team Green!"

You can check out a trailer for for the punk-infused Angry Birds Friends episode below, set to the dulcet tones of Green Day.
