Zynga's Chief Technical Officer of infrastructure for Z-Cloud – the company's own private cloud infrastructure – has left the company to become vice president and CTO for Platform Development at ServiceNow, a cloud services company, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Allan Leinwand was Zynga's CTO for two and a half years where he helped the social game company build its own internal cloud-based platform, Z-Cloud, which allows the company to increase its physical server capacity, increase efficiency, and scale their games according to their needs.
Leinwand is the latest in a line of executives to depart Zynga. It's Chief Creative Officer, Mike Verdu, left Zynga last month following the resignation of Zynga's Chief Operating Officer, John Schappert.
