'Borderlands 2' Mechromancer class coming October 16th
The Mechromancer class for "Borderlands 2" will be available for download on October 16th.
The Mechromancer class for Borderlands 2 will be available for download on October 16th, developer Gearbox Software announced today.
Gaige the Mechromancer will be free for Borderlands 2 Premiere Club members, players who have pre-ordered the game from a retailer participating in the program. Non-members can grab Gaige for $9.99 on PlayStation 3 and PC or for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360.
The Mechromancer release date was previous teased at PAX Prime, with Gearbox president Randy Pitchford stating it would be available "by October 16th." She is a pet-style class that can summon a powerful robot into battle using her robotic arm.
Borderlands 2 is coming next week on September 18th.
