Sony Computer Entertainment of Japan will be live-streaming their Tokyo Game Show press conference today at 1pm JST/9pm PST.

The press conference will stream via NicoNico and viewers will need to sign up for a NicoNico account in order to view it. The stream can be accessed here.
SquarePortal has a step-by-step guide on how to sign-up for a NicoNico account here. (Alternatively, Polygon signed up by heading to their English portal, niconico.com, and it appears to have worked.)
The website currently displays a timer counting down to the press conference. A button is expected to appear at 1pm JST to allow access to the livestream.
