Freebird Games' To the Moon will arrive on Steam on September 7th, with another episode of the game currently in the works.
To the Moon was originally released on the game's website and on Desura, and won much praise from critics for its storytelling. It will be available on Steam later this week in English, French, Germany, and likely Italian and Korean, Freebird Games' Kan Gao says.
Those who bought the game from Freebird's site will get the Steam version for free, but this will be on a request basis because the studio will have to manually email each person with a code. An announcement will be made about retrieving game codes once the email has been set up.
The studio is also working on another episode of To the Moon, which will feature the same two doctors granting the wishes of dying patients by travelling into their memories and changing the course of their lives in their minds. No release date has been announced.
