The Story of Warcraft, a new game guide feature on the World of Warcraft website, provides the history, legends, and lore of the franchise for fans to access.

The ongoing project currently features 22 chapters in Warcraft history, beginning with the conflict between orcs and humans. Each entry corresponds to a different patch or expansion within the game, with videos, artwork, and more to supplement it. The database will continue to update as more expansions and patches release.

The latest World of Warcraft expansion, Mists of Panderia, launches on September 25th. It introduces a new race, the Pandaren, as well as the monk class; the game's level cap will also rise to 90.
