'Mass Effect Trilogy' bundle headed to 360 and PC November 6th, PlayStation 3 'at a later date'
Mass Effect Trilogy, a bundle of all three Mass Effect games, is headed to Xbox 360 and PC on November 6th and later to PlayStation 3, developer BioWare announced today.
The bundle will be available in retail stores for $59.99. According to BioWare, Mass Effect Trilogy will be available "at a later date" for PlayStation 3. That release will mark the first time that Mass Effect, the first game in the trilogy, will appear on Sony's console. The first Mass Effect will also be available as a download on PlayStation 3.
On November 7th, BioWare will host N7 Day, "a worldwide celebration of the Mass Effect franchise." Though no details are available, the developer promises "a variety of in-game, online and live events which fans can congregate and fly their N7 colors." BioWare will provide further updates on the Mass Effect website.
