'Battlefield 3' patch tweaks tons of weapons, going live tomorrow
An upcoming Battlefield 3 patch will tweak important values for a huge number of the game's armaments, and is set to go live tomorrow, alongside the shooter's upcoming DLC expansion, "Armored Kill."
An upcoming Battlefield 3 patch will tweak important values for a huge number of the game's armaments, and is set to go live tomorrow, alongside the shooter's next DLC expansion, "Armored Kill."
The patch, which weighs in at a sizable 1.44GB on Xbox 360, is nearly as large as the DLC itself, which is 1.56GB. Its girth carries with it dozens of reload speed, damage and recoil tweaks for many of the game's weapons and attachments, as well as various properties of tools, vehicles and class statistics. For example, attack helicopter gunners can no longer fire flares, preventing them from turning their otherwise ordinary aircraft into an unkillable bird of prey.
