'Shootmania Storm's' level editor will bring out your creative side

Shootmania Storm, Nadeo's PC first-person shooter, includes a level editor that is highlighted in a new trailer from Ubisoft.

The game's level editor resembles the one included in Nadeo's Trackmania series of racing games. It lets users pick a time of day and then alter the map's terrain any way they desire. Pillars grow out of sand, and trees out of grass; everything is up to the creator, and the tools look robust in the trailer — especially once the dubstep kicks in.

Ubisoft has not confirmed a release date for Shootmania Storm, except to say that it will be available later this year.
